Safety Features:

1. Thermal cutoff with Alarm

The lamp housing has an "over-temperature" protection device that automatically turns the lamps OFF if the temperature rises above a preset value. The purpose of this feature is to prevent damage to the dryer or the press if the lamp housing gets too hot. A buzzer sounds to provide an audio warning of the event.

2. Continuous Monitoring

The control system of the dryer continuously monitors the status of the press with a "jam detect" sensor and uses a pressure switch connected to the water system to determine if it is safe to activate the lamps.
